Terry Bracken

Terry Bracken was convicted in 2008 of conspiracy to distribute marijuana and purchasing a firearm from a known felon in US District Court in the Middle District of North Carolina, and sentenced to 18 months in prison, but was released in the same year according to federal prison records.

Gary Lamont Striblin

Gary Lamont Striblin was convicted of two counts of using a communication facility to attempt to possess with intent to distribute and conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance in US District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina in 2008. He is currently serving a two-year prison sentence in the Federal Correction Institution in Manchester in eastern Kentucky, and is scheduled for release on Oct. 29, 2011.
